Beverly is an exceptional Customer Service professional known for her ability to respond to high level customer inquiries and complaints in an effort to solve issues.

As a Manager of External Affairs with over 20 years of practical work experience at a major electric utility company, Beverly has been responsible for maintaining relationships with state and local elected officials, county EMA directors and staff, and local community and business leaders, spanning over an eight-county area within Pennsylvania – all with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Beverly has a degree in accounting and is described as practical, precise, and analytical and has a natural strength of paying attention to detail. She is a skilled communicator and experienced at formulating both written and verbal responses in an effort to connect people and broaden networks.

Beverly has a passion for seeing businesses and people thrive.
