Carmen holds a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Development from Geneva College and a business degree from Penn State University. As a Certified Predictive Index (PI) Practitioner[1], A TapRoot Advanced Root Cause Analysis Team Leader[2] and a Certified Master Financial Coach[3], Carmen combines her academic knowledge with 40 years of practical hands-on work experience.
